☐ I understand that Tailgate Games is a competitive physical challenge series featuring a bracket-style competition. Participants will compete in a series of athletic and physical challenges, with competitors advancing through the bracket based on the results of the competition.
☐ I understand that the initial competition is expected to require one full day of filming during the production period of October–November 2026. Competitors who advance in the competition may be required to participate in a second day of filming. I agree to remain available for any additional filming day for which I qualify.
☐ I understand that production will not provide travel, transportation, or accommodations. I confirm that I am able to arrange and pay for my own transportation to and from the filming location in Bethlehem, PA, as required.
☐ Participants will have the opportunity to compete for a $50,000 grand prize, subject to the official rules and terms of the competition.
☐ I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee selection or participation in Tailgate Games. Final participation is subject to production requirements, eligibility, availability, and the execution of any required participant agreements and releases.
